Yes. Each flip asks your browser's random number generator for a fresh value, so heads and tails each have exactly a 50 percent chance. The running tally lets you watch the ratio settle toward even over many flips.
Is a virtual coin flip fairer than a real coin?
Usually, yes. Studies of physical coin flips show a small bias toward the side facing up at launch. A software flip has no launch side, no catching technique, and no worn edges, so it is as close to a perfect 50/50 as you can get.
